My name is Elon Blackman and I’m an IT Consultant, specialising in the field of Business Intelligence (BI) and Performance Management (PM) (BIPM).

I live and work in the United Kingdom and have been working in this area of specialisation, both employed and as a self-employed contractor, since 1989.
